At Kinfolk, we believe that stories, songs, and creative play help children discover who they are, where they belong, and how they connect with the people around them.
Our boutique half-day camps invite children into a week of imagination, creativity, and community through folk songs, storytelling, theatre, music, movement, visual arts, and outdoor play. Inspired by traditions that have been shared from generation to generation, campers will explore stories from different cultures, learn songs that have travelled through time, and create their own stories to tell.
Hosted in a welcoming backyard residential setting and led by professional theatre artist and educator Natalie Davidson, Kinfolk camps are intentionally small. We create the space for every child to be seen, supported, and completely encouraged, ensuring they are not lost in the crowd.
Maximum 6 children per camp.

Throughout the week, children will engage in activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and connection.
Together we might explore questions such as:
What stories are important in our families and communities?
What songs have been passed down through generations?
What makes a place feel like home?
How do stories and music help us connect with others?
What stories do we want to share about ourselves?
Using music-making, movement activities, theatre games, imaginative play, collaborative storytelling, artistic crafts, and outdoor adventures, children will build confidence while developing their own creative voices.
Each camp week will end with a relaxed sharing or mini-performance for family and friends, celebrating everything the group has created together.
